Official representative of Sigma Kappa on campus; Presides at meetings and all ritual ceremonies; Assures that all officers and chairmen are carrying out their duties; Works with advisory board, CPO, and alumnae; Motivates and monitors chapter to strive for Standards of Excellence; Calls meetings and organizes chapter business; Prepares petitions for special dispensation; Processes requests for leave of absences, suspensions, and withdrawals; May serve on corporation board; Coordinates officer training; Chairs executive council

Executive Vice President

Serves in the absence of the president; Responsible for member development and education during informal meetings; Responsible for risk management education; Oversees ritual compliance; Develops and enforces Code of Conduct; Serves as parliamentarian; Chairman of the standards council; Supervises all committees and is responsible for the chapter calendar; Serves on executive council

 Vice President of New Member Education

Coordinates and conducts the new member education program; Prepares and submits all reports and correspondence regarding new members and new member education programming; Plans and supervises Inspiration Days; Participates in pledging and Initiation ceremonies; Submits Initiation numbers of new initiates to NHQ immediately following each Initiation; Conducts new initiate meetings; Serves on executive council

Vice President of Membership

Coordinates the recruitment of new members; Plans and organizes formal recruitment; Oversees continuous open bidding (COB)/informal recruitment; Educates chapter in recruitment techniques and procedures and Panhellenic recruitment rules; Serves on executive council

Vice President of Finance

Supervises all financial affairs of the chapter; Collects fees and disburses monies; Prepares and implements a chapter budget; May serve on corporation board; Verifies financial standing prior to meetings in determining quorum; Serves on executive council

Vice President of Scholarship

Develops program to assure that members maintain the highest possible scholastic average; Coordinates chapter scholarship recognition; Prepares and submits scholarship reports to national officers immediately following each grading period; Serves on executive council; Verifies gpa requirements during officer and chairman elections and appointments

Vice President of Alumnae Relations

Supervises foundation and philanthropy chairmen; Keeps an up-to-date record of every initiated member of the chapter; Serves as the liaison between the collegiate and alumnae chapters; Plans joint functions for alumnae and collegians; Prepares and mails chapter newsletters; Plans advisory and corporation board recognition program; Responsible for the Recruitment Introduction program; Serves on executive council

Recording Secretary

Records and submits minutes of all chapter and executive council meetings and ritual ceremonies; Maintains an accurate attendance and membership record; Prepares the computer personnel report biannually; Submits required reports; Participates in pledging and Initiation ceremonies; Serves on executive council

Panhellenic Delegate

Represents Sigma Kappa on college Panhellenic by attending all meetings and reporting Panhellenic information to the chapter; May serve as Sigma Kappa's officer in Panhellenic; Contacts appropriate Sigma Kappa personnel for guidance when Panhellenic constitutional changes are proposed; Encourages chapter participation in Panhellenic; Serves on executive council

Philanthropy Chair

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all non-Sigma Kappa Foundation philanthropic endeavors of the chapter; Submits annual report; Keeps chapter informed of local philanthropies; Reports to the vice president of alumnae relations

Sisterhood Chair

Responsible for developing sisterhood; Plans and organizes sisterhood retreats and activities

Social Chair

Responsible for developing sisterhood; Plans and organizes sisterhood retreats and activities
