Leadership
Leadership is very important to Sigma Kappa. Our chapter's strength is in our strong leaders. With twelve executive positions and over twenty junior executive positions, there are always opportunities to get involved. With such a diversity of leadership opportunities, each sister is able to bring her talents to our chapter. Members of Sigma Kappa are not only leaders within our house, but also on Cal Poly's campus and in the San Luis Obispo community. Sigma Kappas serve on Panhellenic as well as representatives of Poly Reps, college ambassadors, officers in ASI, members of professional organizations, and in other clubs. Members are encouraged to join other organizations outside of the sorority. Sigma Kappa recognizes that the leadership skills developed during the college years allow members to succeed in professional and social environments.
